HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER
 
Placing an order is very easy. When you have decided on an item(s) you wish to order just click on the add to basket button and the item will be added automatically to your order list. When you have finished click on the Go to Checkout button and you will be taken through the process to purchase your order via Paypal. You can see the items you have in your basket at any time by clicking on the View Basket button. Please remember to add any additional instructions if required. Should you see an item you like and wish to pay by personal cheque then please contact us first to ensure the item you want is in stock and it can be reserved for you.
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

Once your order is received by us via Paypal it will be processed and despatched within 24/48 hours depending on day of receipt. If an order is received for instance on a Saturday it will be posted on the following Monday. Depending on your location in Europe delivery is usually within 3 -5 days, however, please allow for 7 days before contacting us. If you are paying by personal cheque please allow up to 7-10 days.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED

All orders are physically checked prior to despatch, however, in the unlikely event that you find that your order is damaged on arrival please contact us immediately and if possible send us a photo of the damage via email.

PAYMENT
 
To provide total security we use Paypal for secure payment and customer protection. At no time do we have access to your credit/debit card account details. Any transaction via Paypal will register with our Paypal account code reid7083@yahoo.co.uk .You can pay by personal cheque should you wish, but please contact us first to ensure that the item you want is in stock so we can reserve it for you until we receive your cheque. If you order from the UK the current euro exchange rate will be calculated by Paypal.

We endeavour to provide you, our valued customer, with 100% customer satisfaction. In the unliklely event that you are unhappy with your purchase you can simply return it to us for a full refund less postage costs.
